In a tournament marked by tie-breakers, the semi-finals of the International Racquetball Tour (IRT) Atlanta Pro-Am in Lilburn, Georgia had three more breakers. The exception was Kane Waselenchuk, the #1 IRT player, who had a forfeit win over 5th seed Alejandro Landa in the semi-finals.

But the other semi, IRT #2 Rocky Carson was pushed to the limit by 6th seed Sebastian Franco before coming out on top in five games, 9-11, 11-7, 12-10, 4-11, 11-5. Thus, Carson will play Waselenchuk in the final Sunday.

Both doubles semis went breaker with the #1 and #2 seeds winning, although both dropped the first games of their semi-final matches. Top seeds Alvaro Beltran and Daniel De La Rosa lost the first game to 4th seeds Sebastian Franco and Mario Mercado but won the next two, 9-15, 15-7, 11-5, and 2nd seeds Jake Bredenbeck and Jose Diaz came back from 0-1 down to defeat 3rd seeds Jansen Allen and Samuel Murray, 10-15, 15-8, 11-7.
